400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Room cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting for fees to be the meeting rooms will be required to abide by the rules governing the use of the library and meeting rooms. Failure to comply may result in your being asked to leave and cancellation of further use of library facilities.<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must be at least 18 to reserve a room and have an active CDPL account.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An adult must supervise all meetings.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Groups must agree to pay the library for any damages to the room and\/or equipment.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decorations are not to be placed on the walls or suspended from the ceiling.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trash must be picked up and the room left as it was found.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food may be served in all meeting rooms except the Conference Room.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open flame candles are not allowed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No admission fees or donations of money or other property may be solicited or collected from attendees.
