CDPL has joined the Indiana Digital Library on Libby\/Overdrive!<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What does this mean?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>

If you used Libby\/Overdrive prior to now, you may have noticed that we used to belong to the Indiana Digital Download Center consortium–that essentially meant we pooled our resources with a larger group of libraries to bring you as many reading options as possible.<\/p>

Now, we’ve joined with even more libraries to expand your ebook, audiobook, and magazine options even further!\u00a0<\/p>

In order to browse the new, larger collection, you’ll need to sign in to your Libby\/Overdrive account again and “switch” to the Indiana Digital Library.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On the Libby app<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Tab the middle icon (three stacked lines) to bring up the app menu<\/li>
  2. Select Add Library<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Search for Crawfordsville District Public Library<\/li>
  4. Select Indiana Digital Library<\/strong><\/li>
  5. Add your library card information and PIN<\/li>
  6. That’s it! You’re now browsing our new collection.<\/li><\/ol>

    To remove the Indiana Digital Download Center (old collection):<\/p>

    1. Tab the middle icon (three stacked lines) to bring up the app menu<\/li>
    2. Select the 2 Cards+<\/strong> option next to Add Library<\/li>
    3. Select the card that’s linked to Indiana Digital Download Center–the logo will display on the card icon.<\/li>
    4. Taps on Actions<\/strong> then Remove Card<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      On the Overdrive website<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. Head to idl.overdrive.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in your internet browser<\/li>
      2. Click sign in<\/li>
      3. Select Crawfordsville District Public Library and enter your library card information and PIN<\/li>
      4. That’s it! You’re now browsing our new collection.<\/li>
      5. If you frequently read using the Overdrive website, you might want to bookmark idl.overdrive.com <\/strong><\/a>and remove any old bookmarks to the previous website, iddc.overdrive.com<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
