Benefits
Eligible library and museum employees receive medical and life/AD&D insurance, an annual HSA contribution, optional dental and vision insurance, along with vacation, personal, and sick leave. Retirement savings for eligible employees are through the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund (PERF).
All employees may participate in Hoosier S.T.A.R.T., a deferred compensation plan administered by the State of Indiana. Additional benefits for all employees include optional Chamber Health Clinic membership, AFLAC supplemental insurance plans, prorated holiday and sick leave, and educational reimbursement (depending on availability of funds in any given year).
