The Crawfordsville District Public Library Board of Trustees is a seven-member appointed body tasked with governing the library. Responsibilities of the board are to advocate for the library in the community, create policies, determine the budget, and plan for the future of the library.

The Library Board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the library’s lower level Conference Room. Board meetings are open to the public. A short public comment period is available at the beginning of each meeting for community members who have any comments they would like to share.
